CMC Vellore Out Patient Call Centre

CMC Vellore receives a huge number of out patients each year (in excess of 1.2 Million). Therefore they required a solution which would minimise the crowds at the Out Patient Department by allowing patients to phone a call centre to obtain their appointments.

This solution required Songbird to integrate with a EPABX solution with multiple in-bound and out-bound phone lines.

Technology Used

The solution involved integrating with the Avaya EPABX.
